 Joshua Nichols – President & CEO

Joshua Nichols serves as the President and CEO of Executive Consulting and Solutions, LLC, bringing over a decade of executive leadership experience in nonprofit management, juvenile detention operations, and organizational strategy.

Joshua has led multi-million-dollar operations, managed assets exceeding $20 million, and played a key role in developing high-performing teams across multiple departments, including finance, operations, and residential services. His leadership has consistently resulted in organizational growth, improved efficiency, and strengthened program outcomes.

As the former Executive Director of a juvenile detention center, Joshua has extensive expertise in facility startup and conversion, compliance with state standards, staffing structures, and program development. He has also served in senior executive roles, including Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President, where he provided strategic oversight across large, complex organizations.

A sought-after speaker and consultant, Joshua has presented at regional and national conferences on topics such as leadership excellence, budget management in challenging economies, and building high-impact organizational cultures.

Joshua is also an ordained minister, bringing a values-driven leadership style centered on integrity, service, and purpose. He is passionate about helping leaders and organizations reach their full potential while making a lasting difference in the communities they serve.

Arlissa Sharber - Administrative Support

Arlissa is a native of Mt. Vernon, Indiana, and brings a strong commitment to service, teamwork, and community engagement to Executive Consulting and Solutions. A graduate of Mt. Vernon High School, she recently earned her degree from Frontier Community College, furthering her passion for professional growth and lifelong learning.

In addition to her work with Executive Consulting and Solutions, Arlissa serves as the Assistant Volleyball Coach for the Mt. Vernon High School Wildcats, where she helps mentor and develop student-athletes both on and off the court. Her leadership experience, attention to detail, and dedication to helping others make her a valuable member of our team.

Arlissa is passionate about supporting organizations and communities through effective communication, organization, and project coordination. She looks forward to contributing to initiatives that create meaningful and lasting impact throughout Indiana and beyond.
